Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Develop strategies for talent acquisition strategies, candidate pipelining and hiring plans
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees to maintain relationship to enhance quality and speed of recruitment process
Compensation & Benefits
Develop and manage the organization compensation and benefits program including but not limited to job evaluation, performance appraisal, and salary and incentive programs are competitive and aligned to company’s strategy and business goals
Perform all employees’ compensation & benefits - related issues, including payroll, benefits, social insurance contribution, medical & health care insurance, social & medical insurance claims; deduction, declaration and finalization of personal income tax
Cooperate with the HR Head to review and compute the annual HR budget for the department and HR cost and headcount for the company
Review market data and trend analysis to keep abreast of industry development and provide timely advice to management
Employee Relations
Provide line managers and staff with advice concerning HR functions and to ensure the fair and consistent treatment among employees to motivate staff, and ensure an efficient and co-operative working environment
Handle grievance and disciplinary cases
Policies and Process
Work closely with the Head of HR to build company policies and procedures related with human resource management. Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements across all HR activities
Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects
Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports when required
Risk management
Ensure key risks have been identified, measured, monitored, managed and reported
Ensure appropriate levels of risk skills and experience within the HR team to support consistent risk management practices
Maintain relationship with Government Officer for updating labour regulations and solving labour matters when necessary
Performance Management
Implement and administer performance management system including the rollout of performance related pay and incentive scheme based upon achievement of company and personal objectives
HRIS
Supervise maintenance and updating of human resource data to ensure all personnel information is accurately captured
Generate HR dashboard and business intelligence for management and development purposes
Drive HR digitalization
Others
Perform other duties as fit for the proper execution of duties; and duties delegated by the Head of HR or the Employer.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or other related fields.
Min 10 years working experience in HR in leadership position. Focus in HR Operations, Recruitment, Com&Ben preferred
Strong acumen of employment laws and HR practices
Strong interpersonal, analytical and numeric skills
Adequate knowledge of Myanmar’s current labor law and employment regulations
Meticulous; attention to details and efficient in follow-throughs
