> To devise Compensation Startegy and propose compensation positioing for MPT JO. Develop and evolve an organization’s pay scale and structure determine competitive wage rates and change as necessary. Establish compensation policy and guideline, conduct job evaluation and external benchmarking.
> To design and execute Organization Development Projects in JO, especially in the field of Organization Culture Development. Driving difining & deployment of organiztion culture in JO by driving the project and esuring involvement of all stakeholders
> Manage projects using robust project management tools and tehcniques. Esure timely deliveries and provide visibility to management on project progress and deliverables.
> Engage, enable, and support team to deliver the best of their capabilities and to realize their personal career aspirations.
> Initiate and develop Talent Management initiative for MPT JO
> Initiate and develop for HR Planning activities of MPT JO
> Compensation, Organization Development
> Leadership expirience
> Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple streams of work at the same time
> Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
