+ Maintain accuracy of all systems including HRIS and benefits administration tracking.+ Assist in development and implementation of departmental goals and personnel policies.+ Effectively fill open positions in a timely manner.+ Administer recruiting cycle including: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-employment, new hire paperwork, on-boarding, etc.+ Ensure departmental compliance with all policies, procedures and standards in accordance with federal and state regulations.+ Respond to all requests, questions and issues in a timely manner.+ Create and distribute various reports.+ Assist in the investigation and resolution of personnel issues.+ Effectively relay issues and concerns to the Director of People Operations.+ Remember to have fun.
