Duties & Responsibilities

  • HR team leader full spectrum of HR and Administration
  • Support and services to the different department, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, staff relations and performance management.
  • Fostering and promoting strong relationships while working closely with the senior management, team leaders and employees
  • Support formulating, implementing and reviewing HR policies & procedures
  • Support HR processes and policies are compliant with the prevailing laws and regulations and in line with market trends
  • Execution and overseeing the implementation of policies and procedure to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness
  • Developing HR Information Systems to have effective management of HR-related information
  • Working very closely with the heads of various teams of the company.
  • Developing, monitoring and maintaining regular HR scorecards and reports for the group's senior management and highlighting opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting projects arising through the corporate and business strategic
  • Overseeing the budget for HR team - forecasting & monitoring expenses; monitoring and explaining variances with respect to the budget

Job Requirements

Qualification:

Degree in Human Resource Management or Any graduate with HR Diploma

 

Experience:

-Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with 3 to 5 years experiences.

-More preferable the manufacturing background

Skill:

In-depth knowledge of relevant employment law and HR practices with a solid track record in managing / advising on sensitive legal issues as well as considering the impact of new legislation and devising new HR policies and procedures
