Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Calculate monthly local staff salary
  • Explain all inquiries about salary by all staffs
  • Check Attendance and manage leave
  • Look for the staff contracts (both internal and EC contracts) and consider to make renewing in time
  • Prepare attendance and OT sheets for all staffs monthly
  • Deal all cases with government offices (SSB, Tax & Labor)
  • Make annually evaluation plan, prepare evaluation forms for all staffs and calculate scores
  • Produce office letters (Announcement, Office order, Notice Letter and Warning Letter) if necessary
  • Prepare Organization chat monthly
  • Keep update employee list well
  • Maintain employee profile and data in both soft and hard file
  • Prepare recruitment plan and job posts
  • Schedule interviewing and conduct with section managers for new staffs recruiting
  • Prepare payment vouchers for internal and external payment plans
  • Make orientation plan for new joining
  • Any other duties assigned by section manager and department manager

Job Requirements

  • More than (5) years’ experience in HR
  • Prefer who have Bachelor degree in related filed
  • Must be age between 26 and 35 years
  • Have experience in HR related field
  • Must have English communicative skill (Intermediate) and good Computer Skill
  • Can work well under work pressure
  • Must have problem solving skill well
  • Can Do the overtime depends on the work load.

    The salary will be depended on the applicant's job knowledge and experience.
