> To assist the JDs creation and updating process in timely manner
> To assist the Contract Management process to send labor office on time
> To assist Work Time Table (OT, Shift, Unpaid Leave) collection process
> To prepare Certificate of Employment based on the employee request 
> Assist to prepare Referral submission process on time
> Assist to manager when urgency tasks appear
> Understand the job nature and organzation structure
> Skillful for using of Computer 
> Effective Communication skill
> Well working with team wide
> Good interpersonal skill
