- Updating Salary Structure
- Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
- Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
- Develop & Updating in office policies depend on company’s strategies
- Recruiting & Selection new employee
- Report to Management team

- Any Graduate with Diploma in HR Management
- Must have great communication skill
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Advance Excel, E-mail & Social media knowledge
- Understanding Labor Law and can be apply
- Must have proven working experience of at least 4 yrs in related field and 2 yrs as HR Supervisor
