  1. Have  to  receive  and  check the  staff  attendance  daily .
  2. Have  to  check  and  record  the  daily  present , absent , leave and late .
  3. Have  to  corporate  with  HR  Assistant  Manager  in administration of  staff  interview.
  4. Regular  exam the  staff  manpower  update.
  5. Handle and  update  the  staff  personal  file.
  6. Collect  the  staffs  lists  who  will  attend  the  training  Program.
  7. Have  to  check   and  calculate  the OT  in Factory  .
  8. Arrange  the  SSB , Personal  Income Tax .
  9. Have  to  updated  the  all  level  JD , JS   in Factory.
  10. Need  to  carry  out  the  Staff recruitment , transfer , resign and  termination  office

Job Requirements

  1. Must  have any  Degree  .
  2. More  prefer  the  Dip  in HRM  (or) HRD  from  Institute .
  3. Not  more  than  35 years .
  4. Must  have  at least  2  years   experience  in related  field .
  5. Able  to  work  in  Taung  Phi  Lar  Cement  Factory  near  Nay Pyi Taw area.
  6. Have  the  Computerizing  skills  in i office , Excel   and  Power point .
