  • Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation
  • Work with HR specialists to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for position
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media Viber channel,Telegram channel,HR page
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Job Requirements

  • Must have any graduated 
  • Ages between  24 to 30 years
  • Must have Diploma or Certificate related to HR
  • Working experience (3) years or more
  • Good communication skill
  • Cooperation with relevant departments able to manage reporting and coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Advance Excel, Adobe Pagemaker
  • Genuinely interested in HR and able to collaborate with the organization
