An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepare employees for assignment by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing payroll; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions, recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results and hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisor.
  • Maintains employee benefits program and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government requirements; conducting investigations, maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings from social government departments.
  • Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
  • Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. 
  • Maintain human resource staff job result by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraisal job results
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Remain update on social insurance regulations, keep relationship with concerning government bodies and inform GD on a regular basis on these updates.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in business/economics/psychology/social sciences and minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources position 
  • Strong personality and excel in soft skill competencies 
  • Effective problem - solving and mediation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
  • Proficiency with office computer equipment and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi - task and work in a fast - paced setting. 
  • Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations
  • Good command in English
  • Who lives in Tharkayta or near Thilawa
