Job Description

  • Participating in the planning, development, creation, and implementation of training programs
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Maintaining up-to-date, correct, and accurate training records, such as trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, and so on
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • Monitoring assigned training' performance by liaising with line managers and department heads
  • Upholding confidentiality, unless legally mandated to do otherwise.

Job Requirements

  • Training Sr. Staff Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrable experience as a Training staff
  • Knowledge of all relevant performance tracking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English/ Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
