1.Providing timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource questions and issues.

2. Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes at the business partner’s side

3. Proactively assists and drive talent management program to retain talents while maximize the talent capabilities via effective program, coaching, training, employee relation activities etc.

4. Support HR work of relatively large-scale departments with complicated business or across regions.

5. Understand business needs, participate in designing and lead the implementation of solutions.

6. Effectively assist in operating HR processes and implement corporate HR policies.

7. Assisting with providing compliance in all areas of human resources.

8. Assisting with additional projects, as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Business Management/or other related field
  2. Preferably fresh graduate or less than 1 year relevant experiences.
  3. Good communication skills, fast learner and a good team player.
  4. Well know of Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop.
  5. Fluent in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide solution.
