An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Assist in recruitment processes
Able to manage employee relation, government relation etc.
Assist in performance management processes
Assist in training and development process
Process documentation and maintain relating to personnel activities (recruiting, training, overtime, performance appraising etc).
Prepare and submit OT documents required by labor office to ensure legal compliance
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (OT, Absences, leaves, etc)
Overview Invoice and expenses management by using system.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with all staff
Support to answer employee inquire or request (recommendation letter, policies, etc)
Assist in other ad-hoc assign by HR head/ HR Lead

Job Requirements

Any graduate or bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Management and Administration.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Management field.
Able to use computer program such as Microsoft word, excel and power point
Good in English and must be good communication Skill,
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Good team player with ability to interact with all levels
