Job Description

This role is responsible for HR business partnering support team. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on-boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.

• Effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovating financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
• Responsible for acquiring knowledge of the products/processes of the VC/Function, and developing the skills required to effectively execute the day-to-day operational and business processes and support the achievement of NPS and Productivity targets of the VC/Function
• Follows established guidelines and procedures in identifying and resolving routine issues
• Involve in the interview for junior level positions;
• Coordinate with the relevant parties for the required information;
• Support for the internal transfer process and an announcement;
• Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analyzing data and preparing reports for the HRBP supporting VCGM/FH
• Builds productive and collaborative internal working relationships
• Collaborate with HR business partners to understand business needs to achieve the desired targets;
• More experienced individuals would be expected to contribute to work flow or process change and redesign, and to exhibit broader understanding of HR process/policies/guidelines
• Follow up with related parties to ensure task will be finished by defined timelines
• Handles other additional tasks been assigned as deem necessary

Job Requirements

* MBA fresh graduate preferred with 1 year experience in HR field.
* Strong MS office computer skill
* Can communicate in English
* Good altitude, willing to learn and good communication skill.
