Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required, Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development

- Age under 40 years Old

- If you have a certificate related to teaching or TOT, it is preferable.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Human Resources Development, Organizational Development and Talent Development related experiences.

- Ability to employee’s develop and organize a wide range of training content based on business need.

- Strong analytical, critical, and conceptual skills to evaluate the effectiveness of the training & development programs.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent presentation and facilitator skills.

- Excellent in computer skills (word, excel, power point, internet, email & outlook mail).

- Understanding and setting up HR Processes & Policies.
