Job Description

1. Implement and conduct safety induction training, emergency response and other safety-related matters.
2. Implement procedures for identifying and controlling workplace hazards.
3. Communicate safety plans, rules and work procedures.
4. Conduct or provide for training for all employees in safe and healthful work practices.
5. Conduct periodic safety and health walk-through inspections of all workplace facilities.
6. Conduct accident/injury investigations and illness exposure monitoring and report any hazard or incident to the management on time.
7. Maintain required environmental, safety and health documents/files.
8. Provide technical testing and monitoring services as necessary
9. Make recommendations regarding necessary corrective measures based on the results of inspections
10. Perform construction site safety inspections
11. To ensure that the QEHS management system is being implemented, monitored and assuring its adherence.
12. To establish and implement lifting plan and fall protection plan.
13. To advise management on all matters pertaining to QEHS.
14. To take charge and liaise with the management, relevant authorities when an incident or accident occurred.
15. Continuous improvement on the EHS system through the effective implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management standards.
16. Implementation of Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), permit to work system, risk assessment and safe work procedures.
17. Planning and Managing of site access.

Other duties given by project manager immediately.

Job Requirements

1. Professional Certificate in related field.
2. Must have minimum 5 years experience in safety field.
3. High level of Proficiency in Business level English(TOEIC Score 600+)
4. Problem-solving skills
5. Strong Coordination Skill
6. Analytical and result-oriented
7. Computer literate- MS Excel, database program/spreadsheets
