  • Preparing job descriptions, posting openings, and interviewing candidates for positions within the company

  • Accountable for the pre-employment checks, salary justification, and negotiations for the offer extension process and employment/consultant agreement preparation.

  • Managing employee records and benefits, including payroll and health insurance

  • Maintaining employee morale by fostering a positive working environment through effective leadership and teamwork

  • Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that workers are meeting standards and addressing any issues that arise

  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

  • Creating the employee handbooks, employment contracts and other necessary documents

  • Setting up the company’s HR rules & regulations, policies and guidelines

  • Provide services to new joiners (work station, employee smart card, business cards and onboarding form sby liaising with the relevant departments).

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in related field required.

  • Five to eight years of related experience in the industry required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Myanmar.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Exposure to  Myanmar labor law and employment equity regulations.

  • Effective HR administration and people management skills

  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
