●Recruitment: work with management to recruit team members who have the talent, skills and experience to perform their job effectively and personality and values that fit our organisational culture.
HR development: work with middle and senior management to create and implement training and development plans that enhance individual and team performance and build capacity for the enterprise as it grows.
Ensure the organisational structure, position descriptions and policies are updated to respond to the needs of the enterprise as it grows.
Ensure compliance with employment law.
Work with accountant to keep track of employee leave, inventory, pay, etc.
Monitor employee welfare and satisfaction using tools provided.
Compile and submit reports as required.
Evaluate/review/improve current procedures and systems.
Staff info/files; contracts, SSB, payroll, organise recruitment process (interview sheets, Google forms, JobNet, etc), policy/handbook, finger print software (attendance, etc), Google Apps admin, professional development records and forms, workforce planning, employee survey, induction pack, teacher visas, accommodation, etc, health insurance
Job Requirements
Familiar with Myanmar labour law and practices.
Independent.
Experience in recruitment, developing and implementing training plans, policies, etc.
Able to use Google Apps (or able to learn independently).
Effective: able to multi-task, prioritise and get (the right) things done.
Able to work with Myanmar people and with foreigners.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Intermediate English Level
Shares the core values of the enterprise: value creation, results, purpose, integrity, learning and responsibility.
