Preparing manpower planning for annual including budget
Implementing job analysis for job description
Putting vacancy announcement to the right channel
Screening applied candidates
Contacting shortlisted candidates for interview
Contacting referees for candidate's background check for potential candidates
Offering appointment letter
Contacting selected candidate for necessary documents & certificate copy
Replying to unsuccessful candidates via email or phone
Opening new employee's personal file
Responsible for the accuracy of data held within the HRIS system in order to have a reliable employee data base
Compiling attendance, leaves, fines for payroll each and every month.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
Prompt services to all the employees and management in order to have highly engaged employees.
Conducting the employee engagement surveys and work out the action plan
To support, and lead where appropriate, on HR projects.
Handling the employee grievance.
Dealing with day to day HR queries
Any degree holder, Master is preferable
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position
Strong knowledge of Human Resources
Good at learning agility
English language four skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal talents
Using experience of ERP system
