  • Manage and implement HR functions (Payroll, Attendance, SSB, Recruitment, Training, Benefits, etc).
  • Preparing, updating, and implementing administrative systems, human resource policies and procedures.
  • Defining employees’ job scope and KPI, communicating organization’s policies to employees, coordinate interdepartmental relation and functions.
  • Oversee the performance appraisals, plan and assess the trainings of  employees.
  • Find multiple sources for recruitment and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by top management and recruitment for group's companies.

Job Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in HR and Admin field, 3 years as manager
  • Any related Diploma or Degree will be advantages
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong team management and coaching and communication skills
  • Strong command of MS Office and IT devices
