  1. Providing on orientation training to new HR employees.
  2. Recruitment process.
  3. Labor Law, Income Tax and SSB process running
  4. Prepare and analysis monthly SSB process.
  5. Prepare and analysis Income tax process.
  6. SSB benefit claim for SSB member.
  7. Discussion with Labor & SSB office benefit for employee & company.
  8. Send employee ID card No request to HO HR by mail.
  9. Prepare recruitment letter for new employee.
  10. Prepare bank card process for MWB employees.
  11. Bank account data entry for HRIS system
  12. Phone contact for interview person.
  13. Data entry for candidate CV form.
  14. HR stationary prepare and request list send to GA dept.
  15. Keep and control for CV form
  16. SSB bail and claim process

Job Requirements

  1. Planning, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement, Customer focus, Motivational fit, Communication
  2. Computer Skill (Microsoft Word ,Excel, Power point)
  3. Conceptual thinking and data analysis
  4. Understanding about Human Resource Management, SSB knowledge
  5. Any graduate ( More prefer Diploma in HRM )
  6. At Least 2 years in related field
  7. Fully understanding  KPI ,FPD, SOP knowledge
  8. Fully understanding in HR government rules and regulation
