Human Resources Manager

  • Manage the full lifecycle of human resources both HRM and HRD
  • Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relation
  • Support management teams to prepare report when necessary

Senior Human Resources

  • Ensure wellbeing of all employees, make sure that PRIMO has a great and happy working environment for all
  • HRIS management
  • In charge of company payroll process (excluding the finance side)
  • Maintain and propose new employee benefit/compensation programs
  • Ensure the lowest rate of employee turnovers

Recruiter

  • Oversee recruitment and hiring process
  • Recruiting: Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates; coordinating and attending career fairs at select sources.
  • Screening resumes and applications for suitability; conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal; making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.

Job Requirements

Human Resources Manager

  • 8 years’ experience in Human Resources for all overall functions both HRM and HRD
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in human resources supervisory position
  • Knowledge of Labor law and social security law

Senior Human Resources

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource related works
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Can work under pressure, good analysis and problem solving

Recruiter

  • Excellent command of English
  • One or two years experience in HR or Recruiting of advantage
  • Strong and target-oriented communication by phone and face to face
