  • Facilitate talent assessments and reviews, talent management & succession planning process.
  • Lead the design, development, implementation and evaluation of development strategy, curriculum and high potential development programs for all leadership levels of the organization.
  • Supports the business HR leader in organizational effectiveness plans and actions.
  • Guide and consult with leaders to develop career paths and career development plans that meet succession and development needs.
  • Utilize results of annual performance review process to identify key leadership performance gaps and opportunities.
  • Deploy programs, tools, and processes for performance management, succession management, leadership development, and mentoring.
  • Lead the process to assess and evaluate organizational need for programs that facilitate the professional development, career development and succession planning for emerging leaders and executives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Masters’ preferred
  • Age under 40 years Old
  • Minimum 5 years of HR and talent related experiences ,preferably talent development
  • Ability to develop and organize a wide range of training content based on business need
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitator skills.
  • Excellent in computer skills (word, excel, power point, internet, email & outlook mail).
  • Understanding and setting up HR Processes & Policies.
