On behalf of our Client, a leading multinational corporation, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manages the recruitment and selection process
  • Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurtures a positive working environment
  • Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintains pay plan and benefits program
  • Assesses training needs to apply and monitors training programs
  • Reports to management and provides decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources or any other related field
  • At least 4 years of working experience as a HR manager in a multinational corporation
  • Proven experience with human resources metrics
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • People oriented, and results driven
  • Very good knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
