The candidate for the position must shows the good knowledge of hydrocarbon cargo inspection and survey business with the strong and focus network/contacts within petroleum trading sector. He/she must have proven knowledge and knowhow of all aspects of crude oil and petroleum products quality and quantity inspection including petrochemical, LNG and LPG, loading/discharge at terminal, ex-terminal and vessels (offshore STS and SBM / FSO / FPSO)
 

The candidates preferred is as follows: -

• has entrepreneurial skills and good industrial network contacts
• can prepares sound business proposal, attain clients and new projects will be beneficial for this position
• Technical, physics or business background is an advantage
• Experience of crude and petroleum products quantity and quality inspection, cargo survey services within oil & gas industry.
• Business Development mind-set, knows market, negotiates and closing the business deals.
   

• Male/female Myanmar Nationality.
• Age over 30 years old.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Inspection of Petroleum and hydrocarbon cargo survey.
• Minimum BA in relevant fields ie chemistry, petroleum and etc.
• Good Command of English and Computer literacy.
• Experience in Supervising the staff and inspector team with people management skills.
• Be able to travel domestics and overseas to meet customers and attend the events.
