To manage the overall process of applying import & export license and custom clearance• To manage a prepare the require document for export / import license, custom clearance process and shipping document• Manage and handle a custom and port clearance• Carries out Custom clearance administrative duties• Coordinate with concern department for product import and export shipment• Coordinate with clearance agent and clearance process are done timely and cargoes are cleared out from port as fast as possible.• Coordinate with freight forwarder and transportation agent to arrange shipment• Understand the inspection policy and procedures• Maintain good relationship with related government offices and shipping lines

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 – 5 year(s) of relevant experience in related field• Any graduated and relevant training will be an advantage• Can use Microsoft Office• Able to work independently, manage and motive team• Must have knowledge and experience in export import and custom clearance process• Should be understand the knowledge of import products (Edible oil and Sugar)• Good negotiation skills for dealing with related government department• Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills• Good written English and effective verbal communication skills• Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
