Prospect, promote, identify and recruit potential clients for DAWN´s Individual Lending Unit. Conduct financial appraisal of business, follow-up clients in arrears and provision of strong customer service. Build and maintain a healthy portfolio of individual loans.

Job Description

• Conduct promotional activities and identify potential clients of the specific market segment for the Individual Lending Unit in his/her sales territory.
• သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ နယ္ေျမေဒသအတြင္း တစ္ဦးခ်င္းေခ်းေငြဌာနအတြက္ ေစ်းကြက္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား ေဆာင္႐ြက္ျခင္းႏွင့္ တိက်ခိုင္မာေသာ ေစ်းကြက္အတြင္း႐ွိ အလားအလာ႐ွိေသာ ေခ်းေငြယူမည့္သူမ်ား ႐ွာေဖြစုေဆာင္းရ႐ွိေရး။
• Ensure data and information in loan applications is accurate and of acceptable quality, and ensure also authenticity of documentation.
• ေခ်းေငြေလ်ာက္လႊာတြင္ မွန္ကန္တိက်မႈ႐ွိၿပီး လက္ခံႏိုင္စြမ္း႐ွိေသာ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ား ေကာက္ခံရ႐ွိႏိုင္ေအာင္ ေဆာင္႐ြက္ၿခင္း ႏွင္႔ စာ႐ြက္စာတမ္းမ်ား မွန္ကန္မႈ ႐ွိ/ မ႐ွိ ေသခ်ာစြာ စစ္ေဆးေကာက္ယူျခင္း။
• Conduct site visits and reference checks at and around client’s business premises to verify business operations.
• ေငြေခ်းသူ၏ လုပ္ငန္းလည္ပတ္မႈကို အတည္ျပဳစစ္တမ္းေကာက္ယူႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ လုပ္ငန္းပရ၀ဏ္ႏွင့္ အနီးတ၀ိုက္တြင္ သြားေရာက္လည္ပတ္ စစ္ေဆးျခင္းမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္း။
• Conduct home verification visits and reference checks to verify the residency of potential customers.
• အလားအလာ႐ွိေသာ ေငြေခ်းသူ၏ ေနအိမ္သို႔ သြားေရာက္၍ ၎ေပးအပ္ထားသည့္ အိမ္ေထာင္စုပိုင္ဆိုင္ပစၥည္းစာရင္း အေသးစိတ္ကို စစ္ေဆးျခင္း။
• Evaluate the willingness and capacity to repay of new and existing clients following DAWN’s loan evaluation methodology.
• Dawn မွခ်မွတ္ထားေသာ နည္းလမ္းအတိုင္း ေခ်းေငြယူသူအသစ္ႏွင့္ အေဟာင္းတို႔၏ ျပန္ဆပ္လိုစိတ္ႏွင့္ ျပန္ဆပ္ႏိုင္စြမ္းမ်ားကို ခ်င့္ခ်ိန္ခန္႔မွန္ႏိုင္ျခင္း။
• Participate in credit committees presenting loan recommendations for approval.
• ေခ်းေငြခြင့္ျပဳရန္အတြက္ ေခ်းေငြစီစစ္၊ အကဲျဖတ္အဖြဲ႔ႏွင့္အတူ ေဆြးေႏြးေထာက္ခံျခင္းမ်ားတြင္လည္း ပါ၀င္ျခင္း။
• Develop business relationship with clients to support their business success and cultivate loyalty to DAWN.
• ေငြေခ်းသူမ်ား၏ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေအာင္ ကူညီပံ့ပိုးေပးႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္  ေငြေခ်းသူမ်ားႏွင့္ ေပါင္းသင္းဆက္ဆံေရး ေကာင္းမြန္ျခင္း။
• Monitor client’s business progress to identify any potential problems.
• ျဖစ္ေပၚလာႏိုင္ေသာ ျပႆနာမ်ားကို သိ႐ွိႏိုင္ရန္ ေငြေခ်းသူ၏ လုပ္ငန္းတိုးတက္မႈကို စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ ေလ့လာ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ျခင္း။
• Manage and recover late payments according to institutional procedures.
• အဖြဲ႔အစည္း၏ ခ်က္မွတ္ထားတဲ႔ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားႏွင့္အညီ ေငြေနာက္က်မႈ ျပႆနာကို ကိုင္တြင္ေျဖ႐ွင္းႏိုင္ျခင္း။
• Assist to IL Manager to achieve targeted result regarding active borrowers and outstanding loan portfolio of branch
• ဌာနမွ ခ်မွတ္ထားေသာ လ်ာထားခ်က္မ်ားျဖစ္သည့္ ေခ်းေငြယူသူမ်ား၊ ထုတ္ေခ်းမည့္ ေငြပမာတိုးျမွင့္ႏိုင္ျခင္းမ်ားအား ျပည့္မွီႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ မန္ေနဂ်ာအား ကူညီပံ့ပိုးေပးႏိုင္ျခင္း။
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• ႀကီးၾကပ္သူ၏ၫႊန္ၾကားခ်က္အတိုင္း တစ္ျခားေသာ တာ၀န္မ်ားကို ထမ္းေဆာင္ႏိုင္ျခ

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
•    Myanmar national.
•    ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားျဖစ္ရမည္။
•    University graduate in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
•    တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွ စီပြားေရး (သို႔) ေငြေၾကးစီမံခန္႔ခြဲေရး (သို႔) စာရင္းအင္းတို႔ ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ဆက္ႏြယ္ေသာ ဘြဲ႔တစ္ခုခုရ႐ွိထားသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
•    One year working experience as microfinance individual loan officer or in retail banking or sales preferably in the specific market segment for the Individual Lending Unit.
