Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic plans to the upper management
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being up to date with new products/services and competition status
Manage and control the operations of the agency including but not limited to: policy issuance, claims processing, renewals, etc.
Maintain high ethical standards in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and compliance regulations
Ensure all staff members adhere to the agency’s established policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments within the company (underwriting, marketing, accounting, etc.) to deliver an excellent experience to our customers
Participate in industry events and continuing education courses to remain up to date on best practices
Perform annual reviews of staff performance and make recommendations for improvement and/or disciplinary action where necessary
