  • Need to find new markets for insurance.
  • Deliver pre and post sales insurance products and services to customers.
  • Report to team leader for daily activities, feedback for service improvement.
  • Need to do survey of customers and support necessary process.
  • Policy contracts will be returned to customers.
  • Maintain strong client relationship with old customers.
  • Works closely with relevant section to solve the complaints and uncertain issues.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduated.
  • Minimum (1) or (2) years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn new things in insurance business.
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible.
  • Negotiation skill and Pro-active thinking.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Being able to travel is essential.
