- To prepare to underwrite and claim documents for general insurance (Motor & Fire)
- To provide quality claim service to clients and ensure smooth operation of the claims
- Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients, insurance companies and related departments
- Report to GM for daily activities
- Handle complaints

- General Insurance Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the insurance industry
- Understanding of insurance policy and the law of the general insurance industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
