  • Develop and ensure the execution of business plans and set targets for agent sales team
  • Formulate sales strategies for different products and motivate talents to achieve the targets
  • Recruit and manage the agency channel team members and implement sales training & orientation program 
  • Establish sales and referral network with local businesses in order to maximize value from connections
  • Ensuring effective motivational measures and programs to achieve objectives
  • Manage and monitor the performance of team members to ensure continuous and sustainable growth
  • Manage and execute the overall management of the Agency Distribution area, provide and develop recommendations to the distribution strategy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 8 years working experience preferably in finance or other service industry (minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory level)
  • Experience in sales management, promotion, training & development or strategic implementation of distribution strategies would be an advantage
  • Well versed with insurance product knowledge and industry trends in order to do consultative selling
  • Should be performance oriented and should give due importance to goal setting, performing and achieving
