To prepare creative and high-quality design proposal for new shop.
To be responsible for all design related aspect – produce conceptual creative interior design, space planning, construction drawing, documentation and assist in managing all aspects of design development & site implementation.
To meet and communicate with Landlord on design implementation.
To coordinate with contractors and maintain quality control.

Job Requirements

Any degree or diploma holder in architecture, interior design studies or equivalent.
To have at least 3-year of experience in interior design and decoration.
To be good in design conceptualization & presentation skill, ability to market designs to client.
To be proficient in Auto CAD 2D / 3D rendering, V ray in 3D studio max or Sketch Up. Photoshop, Illustrator
To have good hand sketching skills for presentation.
To have excellent time management skill and able to meet datelines.
To have effective communication skill, analytical and interpersonal skill.
To have good command of spoken & written English.
To be able to work under intense pressure and team environment.
