• Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, to ensure job success.• Assist in making discussion with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.• Coordinate in making research and explore the use of new materials, technologies, and products to incorporate into designs as required.• Use computer-aided drafting (CAD)/ Google Sketches and Microsoft Office related software to produce construction documents.• Review and make suggestion on tenancy drawings.• Assist all other work related tasks to Interior Design Manager as required.

Job Requirements
Education• B.Arch / Dip in Interior Design Diploma from accredited collegeExperiences• (2) Years experiences in Interior Design works.Knowledge• Principles and processes for providing services as per tenants’ requirements.• Design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans.• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the constructionSkills• Service Orientation• Attention to details• Active listeningAbilities• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
