>To manage whole audit process (from Pre AN to Improvement Report ) with document & time schedule incl. preparation,  
  documentation, reporting/ authorization and submission to complete assigned audit smoothly.        
>To review the team & team members with objectives incl. their practice and learning to have proper various of business 
  skill and audit related skills.        
>To communicate with Auditee is one of the most important function of audit team to get trust and reliability in both 
  parties.        
>To conduct audit activities & reporting process with time management & quality to achieve targeted audit team score.        
>To construct team building in audit team to increase motivation and promote cooperation.        
>To practice Internal Audit based on the manuals & procedures and to attend departmental trainings without fail to have 
  proficient audit skill        
>To share job & knowledge effectively within the team to have widely adoptable business skill and also core skill in audit   
   activities.        
>To contribute effective suggestion & support for in-house training improvement by evidence based practice.        
>Minimum 5 years experience in Auditing Fields as a Manager 
 

> Bachelor of  Commerce (B.Com)/ Accounting/ Business Management/Business Administration
Preferable: - Diploma in Accounting/Auditing
                   - Certificate in CPA, ACCA, CIA, LCCI, … etc., Internal Auditor Certification"
