* Do report for the shipments under responsible/assigned contracts
* Once the shipment starts, monitor the process and if needed, inform to the person-in-charge from Thailand and to the shipper as well
* Collect the documents summited by inspectors, do recheck and filing for report
* Do filing the buyer contracts or any other agreements related to the shipments, and prepare the specification documents for inspection
* Prepare and send rice sample for required testing
* Closely work with inspectors
* Make sure the correctness of the report and submit the final one to the client within the requested time frame
* Keep in touch with the client or shipper via communication group to update the shipment process
* Other suitable job assign by Manager
