This position is under Internet Core Department and direct report to Internet Core Director.

- Planning, design and operation of core layer (BRAS, switch, NMS, AAA...)for fixed broadband network

- To participate in deploying new network nodes (BRAS, AAA, Switch, OLT...)

- Create SR,WO for core device and new service installation

- Execute Change Requestrelated to resource and service provisioning and configuration following business requirements and device maintenance

- Support in solving complaints, incidents and device integration

- Develop procedures, guidelines, technical standard for FBB network

- Issue standard set of equipment (switch, OLT), set KPI index for Fixed Service.

- Participate in testing equipment, features, new solutions, detailed design of configuration parameters, connection systems providing internet access layer services

- Coordinate with CC, NOC and field operation team for FBB service customers.

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Engineering or a related subject

- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting in network areas

- Preferable managing networking (Juniper, Cisco, Huawei, ZTE). Servers (Windows & Linux)

- Knowledge of best practices, controland monitoring of network infrastructure

- Must understand well about internet products, solutions, installation (GPON, AON, etc)

- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English language (Verbal and Written)

- Experience in Telecom/ISPsector is a plus.
