The internship program offers designated work activities in one of the business entity under Capital Diamond Star Group (CDSG), to students recommended by your University. The students will be selected through a process of team activities assessment and group discussion held by our HR professionals and management. Upon selection, the students are required to work with our company for a period of three months.

What to expect from us?
The selected interns will be exposed to various sectors within our organization: technology, creative financial solutions, real life business challenges, market strategy formation and gain overall experience of the business evolved during your internship.
The interns will be given maximum exposure to as many areas as possible that will train them to be job ready upon completion of the program and the program is designed for everyone to stay happy and supported throughout the process.
The program ensures the junior talent bring new creative ideas, fresh thinking, build trust, collaborate each other to become a future leader as well as how to utilize feedback from the challenges they have learned.
