-Ensure the parts warehouse is clean and tidy at all times with all the required safety standards: ventilation, 
-Maintaining New Units, Sapare parts are well store at bins and shelves in an orderly fashion.
-Check and record all the Tools and Special Tools List with proper issue forms.
-Conduct thorough and regular physical check count.
-Update Inventory level and movement and give weekly & monthly reports to Management.
-File the copies of POs, Dos and invoices properly.
-Prepare all concerned documents Request & Issue form, Picking slip and DO etc.: with proper tracking, system according to Company’s internal process
-Assist to related department in the parts selection and purchase of required parts.
-Coordinate with Procurement and Logistic within the scope of shipment inward-outward movements.
-Prepare the warehouse space after receiving the notification from logistic and procurement for the shipment arrival.
-Coordinate and follow up with related departments to ensure that quotations, PO and price list as up to date and delivered to customer within the commitment date.
-Actively strive for best practices in customer satisfaction and support with regular updates to management
-Other assignments as per superior’s requests for parts related business Unit Sales Support Functions,
-Supporting the Sales team to issue Sales Quotations, Invoice, DO and update Stock/Price List .
-To follow up with Sales Team for the AR balance.

-Any graduated or Bachelor of Engineering

-Over 3 yrs working experience in related field

-Must be use in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and ERP system)

-Handling Petty cash, Advance, expenses and supplier payment request.

-Good communication and interpersonal skill

-Good English 4 skill
