Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for category defining, price setting, bar code, price tag, and shelf tag creation, product code creation, and printing tags and labels
  • Keep track of daily stocks levels and deliveries by checking with goods receive invoices and purchase order
  • Prepare daily goods received notes, list the invoices and send to account department
  • Prepare monthly reports and submit to the top management such as monthly purchase and stock balance report, monthly sales report, monthly expiry and damage report
  • Input data regarding new product, pricing and profit margin calculation, price change, promotion period, promotion type and prices
  • Manage Inventory team and guide them towards correct data entry of the right category/sub category, right cost and price, right UOM and product packing leveling
  • Work with purchasing and warehouse to ensure stock levels are maintained (no shortages/surpluses)

Job Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Need to have experience in a leadership role (for Manager and Assistant Manager)
  • Need to have general knowledge of retail - supermarket or shopping mall and related business functions
  • Logistics and delivery knowledge
  • Must be familiar with POS software especially for Inventory Software such as MIT, ACE, MBC, SAP, ERP, etc.

  • Computer Skills (Microsoft office, email)

  • Strong Attention to Details, Organizational and Logistics Skills
