Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for directing and managing the tasks related to inventory management
  • Accountable for coordinating and planning and scheduling the inventory management
  • Direct the activities related with keeping accurate records on the incoming as well as outgoing materials
  • Their role involves using discretion and independent judgment for directing the activities of inventory matters
  • Ensure all warehousing and inventory control objectives are met, including inventory turn ratios, on-hand accuracy, lowering inventory valuation, and management of obsolete inventory
  • To manage and coordinate the activities of all the staff members engaged in inventory control and inventory record accuracy
  • To maintain inventory as required by the sales and operations planning process, customer requirements, production schedules and corporate inventory management objectives
  • Strong knowledge with construction related materials
  • Other duties as per Management instructions

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

  • Bachelor Degree and any master degree related with applied position
  • Diploma in supply chain management, logistics will be advantage
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experiences in similar position, especially in Construction sector

 

Skills and Knowledge required:

  • Strong knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly dependable and trustworthy
  • Strong internal personal skill and effective communication skills with a talent for operating across different levels of an organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Be honest, courtesy and highly responsible and initiative person
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
  • Require to relocate
