Maintain Inventory and physical control the PE Spare Parts or DG Spare Parts.
Fullfill operation requirements in timely.
Dispose excess and obsolete materials.
Supervise daily in-bound, out-bound movements.
Update daily materials transactions using with portal.
Establish best practice inventory measures including tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis.
Create efficient and accurate inventory management procedures.
Reconcile inventories and coordinate circle count inventory procedures.
Plan and implement a recovery program to ensure all defective item is accounted for & handled properly.
Ensure update the returned items in the tracker and store to its proper location.
Ensure Department maintains accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection.
Develop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts.
Report Data and finding out problems in the data and solving it is the major job responsibility.
