Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Perform stock adjustments, stock audits and Inventory control 
  • Monitor and prepare daily reports and distribute to related departments on time
  • Perform monthly and yearly stock counts as schedules with Store operation team
  • Perform daily Store End of Day process
  • Solve issues related PCs, computer system, POS, and weight scales 
  • Filing important documents as systematic   
  • Check, Monitor, Do price change as required
  • Monitor systems and operation procedure according to company policy
  • Prepare monthly manpower schedule for staff
  • Train and motivate staffs. Monitor and control staffs’ activities to align with employees’ development plan and performance assessment, also provide instructions and be a mentor
  • Performs any other tasks not specified herewith as required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree  
  • At least 2 year experience in Retail background
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • According to the nature of business and requirement of the job, you will need to do shift rotation.
