Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Investments submitted at the BoD level
  •  Perform project risk identification and risk assessments for each individual BoD Investment submission-
  •  Support financial analysis and modelling of BoD Investment projects to ensure that projects are financially sound and viable
  •  Ensure that Investment Guidelines and Procedures are adhered to for every BoD submission
  •  Follow-up on the performance of investments after BoD Approval
  •  Understanding of corporate finance and/or financial management concepts
  •  Ability to create simple financial models using Microsoft Excel
  •  Conduct risk and opportunity assessments
  •  Ability to prepare risk registers and risk evaluation sheets
  •   Strategic and analytical mindset – able to synthesize complex information into useful insights for reporting

Job Requirements

  • Degree (Preferably in Accounting, finance or business-related fields)
  •  High EQ and excellent interpersonal skills
  •  Excellent presentation skills in English and Myanmar Languages
  •  Excellent Microsoft Excel skills to create and analyze financial models
  •  Basic understanding of financial analysis metrics such as (Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return)
  • Basic understanding of key financial ratios and ability to read and understand financial statements
  •  Good understanding of the Telecommunications business
  •  3-5 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance and financial management
  •  Open to individuals looking to consider a career in corporate finance and/or risk management (Training and guidance provided)
