1. Expert to provide or verify solution to optimize IP transmission network
2. Expert to provide or verify solution for new service integration and existing service migration
3. Export to do trouble shooting with network outage, and provide support under the L3 technical support engineer
4. Execute some activities related with IP
5. Export to communicate with customer and third parts on technical issue of assigned network
6. Lead the technical knowledge transfer to other low levels engineer and able to explain well on customer
7. Able to support 24*7 Operations

Job Requirements
1. Advanced and vast technical knowledge on IP/MPLS network ---IPCORE/ IPRAN
2. Able to learn quickly to manage and configuration ZTE / Huawei/Nokia IP routers and switches.
3. At least two years of experience on trouble shooting.
4. Intermediate level of English (communicate + writing).
5. Knowledge of communication industry, especially in telecommunication or IT field.
6. Ability to handle the work under a lot of pressure with a lot of work at night.
7. Higher Education in IT, Communication/ Electrical Communication/ Telecommunication.
