Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Prepare order forecast/Monthly Import Plan against Sales Target/Forecast and Coordinate with Suppliers.

- Monitoring inventory for respective Bus.

- Plan timeline of Purchase Orders against targeted arrival date.

- Compute importation cost (basic plus additional charges) on each orders and get the confirmation from GM/ISCM.

- Allocate payment to importers based on budget and coordinate with Importers/DKSH Finance.

- Collaborating cost of shipment , and order forecasting.

- Coaching to new department staff and additional department related task.

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree.

- At least 2 year experience in related is preferable.

- Good Command of English (both spoken and written).

- Good knowledge of Trading , Import/Export is an advantage.

- Good knowledge in MS Office Application , especially in MS Excel.

- Good analytical , communication and time management skill.
