  • Assist in maintaining and upgrading Corporate IT-owned applications, servers and supporting infrastructure
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure that all corporate IT assets remain in satisfactory operating condition
  • Assist with administering Systems Service
  • Address tier 3 customer support issues escalated from Help Desk
  • Interpret business requirements and write technical specifications
  • Manage and monitor production database environment
  • Backup and recovery of production database environment
  • Understand and manage all database related controls

Job Requirements

  • High level of competence in managing and using configuration management solutions for various architectures (i.e., SCCM, Puppet, Chef, Shavlik, etc…)
  • At least 3 years of database administration experience in a commercial environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills of all server Operating Systems and backend applications
  • Advanced scripting capability
  • Industrial Controls Systems (ICS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency with rack server hardware, Client, Dell, etc
