Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Installs and configures computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
  • Installing, Maintaining & Trouble-shooting the Office LAN and WAN.
  • Designing & Trouble-shooting LAN for Office.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, surveillance and IT related equipment to be secured and optimum performance.
  • Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults (include network devices, printers, scanners and copiers)
  • Applies patches and fixes on systems and network firmware.
  • Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reported problems and replacing parts as required.
  • Domain Registration, Transferring & Migration.
  • Conducts electrical safety checks on IT related equipment.
  • Ensuring proper system, application and database backup.
  • Responsible for all data security and network security in the application and user access level.
  • Weekly backup firewall, router and access points.
  • Install and maintain networking equipment including router, switch, load balancing, wireless access points and controller.
  • Managing internet traffic shaping (bandwidth control), policy base routing and quality of service.
  • Blocking and filtering websites (non-business-related pages, Facebook, YouTube, limited users, etc.)
  • Monitoring all the NAS, Active Directory, DC and BDC system healthy and performance
  • Administering active directory, domain controller, share folders, AD users and management data volume size for users
  • Synchronization active directory and NAS.
  • Setup and manage File Server & FTP Server.

  • Any Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 3 to 4 years experience in relevant filed
  • Good command of written and spoken in English
  • Flexibility to work and can communicate with all level of employees
