IT administrator to be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of all servers, routers, and administrator enterprise database.
- Supporting of installation and configuration of Microsoft server window, Microsoft Exchange, TMG, routing and remote access
- Troubleshooting analysis of server, routers, firewall, workstation and associated system
- Implementing and maintenance server, routers and network infrastructure
- Maintaining of all Business Unit site IT Field
- Developing and maintaining all information storage and organization system
- Administering all workstations, network devices and Hardware support, e.g. printers, scanners, etc
- Supporting of Physical condition of (LAN/WAN) with systematic back-up systems; to include; information storage, virus protection, security and power supply
- Monitoring and maintaining on server room, structure cabling within All Business Unit office and field offices, electrical equipment such as AVR and UPS, network equipment such as wireless access point, switch and router in coordination with IT Administrators from the field offices
- Troubleshooting of end-users support
