Assistant Manager, IT Application Operations

Job Scope:

To Support Customer Management Domains and Sales & Distribution Domains (CIM/AVAM/DMS/Fusion or ERP).

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Work with relevant stakeholders such as vendors, internal IT teams and cross functional teams in order to execute the assigned tasks.
  • Open to new challenges and proactive in executing ad-hoc activities.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Be accountable for other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
  • Flexible to work out of office hours when and as necessary.
  • Having knowledge of below systems (at least ONE)

 

➢ Customer Information Management System (CIM)

➢ Address Verification Agency Management System (AVAM)

➢ Document Management System (DocMS)

➢ Fusion/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in related areas.
  • Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skill, positive attitude, flexibility, and fast learner.
  • Work experience in Telecom industry is preferred.
  • Ability to monitor system’s end-to-end operations.
  • Good interpersonal skills and people management skills.
