• General IT support of office computers, network, emails and website
• Monitoring and upgrading of IT resources, storage and processing bandwidth.
• Backups and Archiving.
• Keeping TRAction up to date with beneficial new technology and IT methodology.
• Coordinating software rollouts and revisions with our developers
• Systems monitoring and IT Asset management
• Developing, implementing and documenting a thorough IT and cyber security program
• Responding to client and approved third party (e.g. insurance) requests for details regarding our infrastructure and cyber security

Job Requirements
* Any Graduated and Related IT Diploma .
* 5+ years' experience in IT Infracture Manager role &
* Windows servers and domain management
• Demonstrate initiative and positive professional attitude
• Excellent business and technical, analytical and trouble-shooting skills
* In-depth knowledge of servers and networks, data organisation, and both hard- and software.
